Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Simply present your name and booking information at the front desk for a seamless check-in experience.

Housekeeping Services

Please be aware that daily maid service is not included when renting through VRBO. The cleaning fee covers cleaning and restocking after your stay. Should you wish for mid-stay cleaning, it is available for $65 each time.

As a private unit guest, you will enjoy full access to all resort amenities including pools, spas, grounds, beach, fitness room, and the Hawaiian Rainforest Spa. By booking via VRBO, you can skip the $25 per day resort fee imposed by Kauai Beach Resort. However, please note that Hawaiian cultural classes like Hula and Lei Making are excluded from your stay.

Does the unit have a kitchen? No, as the units were once hotel rooms and do not feature kitchens.

Can we cook in the unit? No cooking is allowed due to local fire ordinances. A microwave is available in the lounge area of Building 2 for guest use.
